this handbuilding course will introduce students to the core techniques used in the practise, including pinching, coiling & slab building.
with guidance from artist & ceramicist nomsa buchholz (a.k.a. dirtculturekid), participants start learning how to shape cups, bowls, or plates from clay. Advanced learners can move on to forming larger pieces including sculpture.
